Ross’ focus is on advising and guiding healthcare organisations through innovation, digitisation, and scaling clinical services.

Ross was previously General Manager, Medical Services for Northern Europe at International SOS, a global healthcare and security services firm.

He has also served as Managing Director and Financial Director at Abermed, leading growth and development in occupational health and remote medical services.

Ross began his career as an Engineer before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with PwC in London.

Born in Nairobi and raised in Kenya, Ross moved to the UK in 1989. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Engineering from Brunel University, London.
