Any adult (18+) living in the UK who is seeking an autism assessment can use our service. You don’t need a referral — you can self-refer and start the process when you feel ready.

Our assessments follow a clear and supportive process, carried out entirely online. After an initial screening and information-gathering stage, you’ll take part in a detailed clinical interview with one of our experienced Autism Assessors. Where appropriate, we involve additional professionals to ensure accuracy and uphold the highest clinical standards. You’ll receive a full diagnostic report along with clear recommendations and next steps. 

Our assessments follow NICE guidance and use the UK's recognised, gold-standard diagnostic tools. Every clinician involved has significant experience in autism diagnosis and is professionally regulated. By following professional UK guidelines for autism assessments, we’re confident that our reports will be accepted and respected.

Yes - and once you receive your autism assessment report it is completely your choice whether or not you share it with your employer, school, or university. There is no obligation to disclose your diagnosis unless you wish to do so.

Many adults choose to share their report in order to access reasonable adjustments, support, or understanding in work or education. 

Our autism assessment reports are written by experienced clinicians, follow NICE guidance, and use recognised diagnostic tools. They are designed to be clear, robust, and suitable for use in formal settings, including HR processes, university disability support, or occupational health assessments. While most employers, schools, and universities do accept private autism reports, each organisation may have its own policies - so we recommend checking directly with them if you’re unsure.

You can usually book an initial call within a few days, with assessments offered shortly afterwards. The full process typically takes a few weeks from start to finish and you're in control of the timeframe and schedule. This is much faster and more convenient than relying on current NHS waiting times.

At the moment we only offer autism assessments. However, we plan to add ADHD and other neurodiversity assessments in the future as we expand our service.

Yes, our entire service is remote, and designed to be accessible and convenient for anyone across the UK. All assessments, communications and follow-ups are conducted securely via video and email.
