Highly trained in supporting individuals with complex, long-term health conditions, Sarah is trained in gold-standard diagnostic tools including ADOS-2 (Modules 3 and 4) and the ACIA, and has conducted numerous autism assessments for adults across a wide range of backgrounds.

Having received her own late diagnosis of both autism and ADHD, she is also a parent to two neurodivergent teenagers. This gives her a unique understanding of the challenges people - particularly women - face in recognising autistic traits, seeking an autism diagnosis, and navigating through the life stages of perimenopause and menopause.

Sarah trained at the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA), internationally recognised for excellence in ADHD coaching, and is committed to delivering the highest standard of care and support in both autism and ADHD contexts.

She regularly shares her expertise through webinars, podcasts and events, and is a monthly speaker for ADHD UK on ADHD and perimenopause.
